Job description
Your role will be to support the implementation of the new ‘state of the art’ Contract Management System.
Furthermore:
- You will support configuration workshops with implementation partner;
- You will work with business users to gather relevant user requirements;
- You will prepare the migration of current contract information into the new system;
- You will support managing the change for all business users at Purchasing DAF.
Your profile
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Technology;
- We are looking of an enthusiastic intern who likes to be part of implementing a ‘state of the art’ contract management system;
- You like to work with latest digital technology;
- You are have analytical skills;
- You are an easy communicator in word and writing in English;
- You find it easy to connect with people.
Department
- The Purchasing Department is responsible for the sourcing of all components and supporting services to design, build and sell high-end Trucks. Purchasing finds and selects suppliers, contracts them, measures performance and manages the supplier relationships. Closely collaborating with Product development, Operations, Marketing & Sales and other supporting departments.
- The Digital Systems team withing Purchasing is responsible for improving the Purchasing systems to support the processes and to provide relevant data for Purchasing to make the right decisions.
- This team consists out of 4 business analysts.
