HBO internship: PACCAR Financial Europe Credit Data Analyst
Designing and developing dashboards and systems for reporting data for the PACCAR Financial Europe (PFE) Credit organization
Job description
As a ‘Data Analyst Intern’ you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing dashboards and systems for reporting data;
- Maintaining databases, dashboards, and reporting tools;
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to use in reports;
- Using data visualization tools to share data;
- Working to request data from various departments;
- Communicating data through reports and presentations to the management team;
- Monitoring and analyzing KPI's to achieve the goals;
- Identify and propose improvements;
- Working closely with the Credit team and its stakeholders.
Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic Economics / Finance student who has:
- An interest in data analysis and reporting tools. such as:
- Business intelligence;
- Reporting analysis;
- Visualization tools;
- Power BI / Tableau;
- Microsoft SQL;
- Dashboards.
- Personal skills:
- Analytical;
- Problem-solving;
- Multitasking.
- Enjoys an international setting;
- Has the ability and desire to work accurately;
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch are required.
Department
PFE Credit is part of PACCAR Financial Europe, the captive financing company of DAF Trucks NV. PFE Credit consists of over 20 employees who are based across Europe, assessing creditworthiness of its potential borrowers.
While doing so, PFE Credit serves a number of internal and external stakeholders in an international setting. Ultimately the following question is answered: Should PFE provide financing to a potential borrower or not?
