Model-driven development
The work and challenges you encounter at the Embedded Engineering department are diverse. "You're not just sitting at your desk coding all day," explains Luuk. Luuk is as Software Engineer working in the team and responsible for the vehicle software. ‘’We do a lot of collaboration and design work, based on model-driven development. This allows us to align our processes with internal and external parties as much as possible. I think we spend about 20-30% of our time actually working on the software, the remaining time is used for design and internal coordination, as well as communication with suppliers.’’
