Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of and expanding the current usage of the DocuWare Document Management solution for digital workflow and storage of documents.
- Taking ownership of and expanding the current usage of the DocuSign eSignature solution for ID verification and digital signatures.
- Developing and improving standardized digital document templates with the Altova stylesheet design tool.
- Developing and improving standardized digital document templates (eg. Invoices) in EXACT
- Driving innovation in the management, workflow, storage and retention of leasing documents.
Your primary tasks consist of:
- Analyze business requirements and translate those into concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Advice about best practice configuration to support the Functional Application Managers of DocuWare and DocuSign.
- Technical developer to enhance document stylesheets, as owner of the Altova StyleVision toolset.
- Demo, instruct and provide training to key and/or end users, and create the user manuals for it.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize user stories in the backlog for sprint planning
- Developing and refining document templates to support the business processes in different countries.
- Coordinating testing and deployment of relevant system functionality to the production environment.
- Communication with suppliers to stay updated on Document Management trends and new developments in the market.
Jouw profiel
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to comprehend, describe, and analyze complex document workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency to develop and maintain document templates and systems, for which a good understanding of extensible markup language (XML) and document stylesheets (XSLT) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, with a preference for proficiency in Dutch.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with developers and users.
- Experienced in working in an Agile environment, preferably with Azure DevOps.
- Previous experience as a Functional Application Manager in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
- Experience with configuration of Document Storage systems as ‘DocuWare’ and eSignature-tools as ‘DocuSign’ or any other comparable solution is recommended.
- Experience with development in Document Template tools as ‘Altova StyleVision’ or any other XML/XSLT based solution is recommended.
Afdeling
PACCAR Financial Europe (PFE) provides financial services to DAF dealers and end customers to support the sales of DAF trucks. PFE is part of the worldwide PACCAR Financial organization, has its headquarters in Eindhoven at the DAF premises and is active in a large number of European countries with own sales offices and used trucks centers. The PFE Information Technology department is responsible for the development, configuration, testing and deployment of innovative IT-solutions, management of these systems during their lifecycle and support of the users of these systems. PFE-IT consists of appr. 30 fte. of which 20 internal and works according the agile framework. Most of the systems are subject to SOx-regulations.
PFE contains 4 lines of business: WholeSale Financing to DAF-dealers, Retail Financing to End Customers, Short Term Leasing and Asset Management & Used Trucks Remarketing.
The Retail Financing systems landscape has been renewed recently and a new state-of-the-art systems landscape for Asset Mgt. & Used Trucks Remarketing is currently under development as part of a large IT-project. New projects, e.g. replacement of the Wholesale Financing system is on the short term roadmap.
Project(s)
To maximize the benefits of the Retail Financing systems landscape for our organization, we have planned various improvements as part of a ‘Building on the Foundation’-project. Our main objectives are to reduce lead and response times, increase efficiency, and ensure compliance.
We have plans to increase the availability of electronic document templates in the Contract Management System, with a particular focus on contract modifications. Additionally, we intend to enhance and expand the utilization of document storage and eSignature. Furthermore, we will enhance the document retention policy.
Therefore we are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented Document Manage / Functional Application Manager who manages the relevant systems and document templates to support the business processes in the different countries.
