Afdeling
The Dealer development department, within Marketing & Sales, oversees the quality of the DAF dealer network. Dealer Development is responsible for securing, monitoring and improving the quality and performance of our Independent DAF Dealer Network, including the expansion to new regions and areas. Our DAF Dealer Network consists of 1.100+ Dealer Locations spread over more than 80 countries. The vast majority (80%) of our Dealers are located within Europe.
Maintaining the quality of the DAF dealer network is the responsibility of Dealer Development Managers. For this purpose, local Dealer Development Managers have been appointed in the major countries (who are part of the Marketing & Sales Units). They are supported by Area Dealer Development Managers in Eindhoven who manage several countries and fulfill this role for smaller countries without a local Dealer Development Manager. In addition, there is a support department in Eindhoven that handles contract management, reporting, support for dealer development managers, and manages the DAF Partner Program.
