We are looking for an intern who will assist with the following, in close collaboration with the information architect and the product manager:
- Provide achievable recommendations based on the data governance scan conducted for DAF and apply them to the GCS organization;
- Provide achievable recommendations how to improve data governance maturity;
- Support in defining (market standard) data models;
- Define principles for data architecture;
- Support development teams with data models and data architecture principles.
Jouw profiel
We are looking for an enthusiastic HBO / WO student who is pursuing a degree in (Business) IT. The number of internship days is negotiable. Fluent communication in the English language is required.
Afdeling
PACCAR Global Connected Services develops and markets services that use truck data to advise the customer to enhance cost effective use of trucks. All knowledge and expertise in this field is structured within one global organization, across the entire PACCAR organization, indicating the strategic importance of global development of connected services for PACCAR. This also leads to consistency with regard to the customer experience across the DAF, Kenworth or Peterbilt brands.
The Architecture team, a department of Global Connected Services, is responsible for translating short and long term needs into achievable and future proof solutions which fit in the global PACCAR Connected Services vision and strategy. The team sets the right priorities to make implementations successful. The team consists of 12 people.
