We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy student to join our team as a SharePoint Improvement Intern. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in IT and quality management within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- SharePoint Revamp: Assist in the redesign and improvement of our current SharePoint site to enhance usability and functionality.
- Records Management: Support the organization and management of local records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- User Training: Develop and deliver training materials to help staff effectively use the SharePoint site.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for further improvements in our document management processes and propose solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving delivery practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to the GCS Delivery management team at the end of the internship.
Jouw profiel
We are looking for a student in the educational direction of IT, Information management, or a related field.
Level could be either MBO or HBO.
Furthermore:
• Strong communication in the English language;
• Proactive, energetic and creative;
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Afdeling
Global Connected Services Europe is a dynamic and growing part within the organization of DAF Trucks. It is responsible for services based data derived from the truck. In order to support the best service possible the team of Service Delivery and Operations manage the IT Landscape together with in-/external suppliers.
