HBO Internship: Developing a DAF Special Build Trucks Multimedia Library
1000’s of Special Ordered Trucks are requested and built by DAF, for which we want to create an easy access Library to improve our efficiency, for this we are looking for an Automotive Student with good multimedia skills.

As an intern, you will be responsible for developing the Special Ordered Truck Library, there is no fixed format decided yet (sharepoint, website, app etc.), that will be a part of the assignment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Investigating what the best media form for a Library will be;
- Investigating what topics need to be included in the library;
- Consulting different stakeholders (dealers, Technical specialists etc.);
- Converting Technical Truck Special Order data (currently in text format) into the Library (with pictures, 2D/3D drawings etc.);
- Include the right search and filter options;
- Create an easy to maintain system.
Jouw profiel
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bachelor/HBO student who is pursuing a degree in fields such as Automotive, Multimedia, Engineering or similar. You have good knowledge of Excel. Good knowledge of the English language is required (Dutch is nice to have). Experience with CMS (Content Management System) is a pre. The number of internship days is negotiable.

The internship will be in the Rigids & Vocational Department, which is a part of DAF Marketing and Sales. Furthermore:
- The Rigid & Vocational Department is responsible for increasing the sales volume of DAF in the Rigid and Vocational market (i.e. Hooklifts, Skiploaders, Refuse trucks, Concrete Mixers etc.);
- The department consists of 7 direct colleagues, but you will also be working together with other departments throughout the traineeship;
- Our goal is to expand our product portfolio and continuously improve technical options to make the best business proposition for the bodybuilders and end customers;
- Our goal is to increase our market share to 15%.
